 To simulate a realistic environment, the events are shown against the background of a station’s control panel or central interlocking control panel which simulates the operation of signalling arrangements.Dialogues of characters are provided with a soundtrack and backed up with the narration. For training in correct log keeping, the screen shows a page from the respective log book where a record is entered. The off-screen narration explains the staff established procedure. To check the quality of an employee’s learning by, the certification unit is provided for. Upon completion of the job, a detailed report of the user’s actions shall be drawn up. The use of training packages shall help: - reduce the time allocated to preparation for classes; - ensure individual approach to training; - increase the scope of information learnt; - obtain impartial results of professional knowledge check. |
